Dave EverlyExecutive Director
Dave is a founder of The Respite at Halibut Cove and oversees the daily operations as the Executive Director. As a high-capacity leader, Dave has the ability to inspire others and help them see their full potential. Dave served as a pastor at multiple churches and understands the pressures of the ministry and serving others.

Keith Shultz
Keith currently provides consulting services based on a career as a Human Resources, Operations and Technology executive at major firms. He has deep experience in the following areas: organizational and culture change, turnaround/performance improvement, HR transformation, shared services strategy and implementation, strategy development and merger/acquisition integration.
He is a current nonprofit board member for First Place for Youth: “First Place for Youth serves youth in California who are aging out of the foster care system. Through their work in housing, education, employment and counseling, First Place has become the model for successfully transitioning foster youth to independent and sustainable adulthood.”
Specialties: Major initiative execution, solving complex problems, culture and organizational change, shared services, HR transformation, merger/acquisition integration, labor/management cooperation and labor negotiations, operational turnarounds.

Greg Daley
As the Chief Visionary for Parable, Greg is passionate about partnerships, team building, and connections. Greg holds a B.A. in Business and an M.Ed. in Experiential and Outdoor Education. Greg met his wife Jessica in a swing dancing class!
After serving for several years as an Executive Pastor, he and Jessica moved to Ft. Collins, Colo., where he co-founded The Restoration Project and Jessica founded Xcelerate (now Parable). Greg has found his niche in developing Parable. He enjoys building relationships with pastors, helping them develop strategies to see their visions take off in stable, sustainable ways.
He serves on the boards for Restoration Project, Barnabas Network, and The Respite at Halibut Cove.
Greg and Jessica have five children: Jude, Anthony, Adam, Alivia, and Haley, as well as two dogs, Gunner and Rebel. In his spare time, Greg enjoys biking, snowboarding, backpacking, and working out.
