1. Our Monthly Expenses
We are looking for churches and individuals who can contribute monthly toward our ongoing expenses. A breakdown of our current basic monthly expenses are:

2. Our Planned Projects
The house and property are in good solid condition, although updates and basic repairs are necessary. Up to this point it has been a summer-only vacation house, so it is in need of some basics to make it a year-round residence.
Our goal is to provide a very comfortable space for guests so we need to do some remodeling to better accommodate their needs.
Here is a breakdown of the projects we would like to begin in 2020, with an estimated cost for each.

- Wood burning stove and chimney + installation: $4,900
- Downstairs bathroom remodel: $1,500
- Upstairs bathroom remodel: $1,900

- Generator, 7,000 watt (occasional power loss due to the remote location): $3,900
- Pump and fire hose: $1150 (we fight our own fires!)
- Dining room table and chairs set for 6: $2,000

- Pay off mortgage debt: $332,982.40 (as of 9/2020)
